FastCalendar provides digital services. Except where required by law or expressly stated below, charges for delivered digital services and ongoing subscription periods are non-refundable.
Payments may be processed by Lemon Squeezy as MoR. They may collect/remit applicable taxes (e.g., VAT/GST) and issue invoices. Taxes and fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
Requests should be submitted within 7 days of the charge with order ID, account email, and screenshots/logs where relevant.
You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains until the end of the current paid term.
Digital calendar products or credits delivered to your account are generally non-refundable once accessible, except in the limited cases described in Section 3 or where the law provides otherwise.
If a free trial is offered, you will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. Charges incurred after the trial start are non-refundable, unless required by law.
Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate suspension or termination of access. We encourage contacting support first so we can investigate and resolve billing issues quickly.
If seller payouts are enabled, we may reverse or withhold payouts in cases of chargebacks, fraud, or policy violations. Buyers’ refunds (where applicable) follow this policy and MoR rules.
If mandatory consumer laws apply (e.g., EU/UK), you may have a statutory withdrawal (“cooling-off”) right for digital content. However, once you consent to immediate performance or access (e.g., clicking a checkbox) you acknowledge the right may be lost. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights.
This policy is governed by the laws specified in our Terms of Service. Where mandatory consumer protection laws provide additional rights, those prevail.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting with a new Effective Date.
