Refunds & Cancellations

Effective Date: 2025-10-08

This DMCA / Copyright Policy explains how CalendarFast handles notices of alleged copyright infringement, counter-notices, and repeat-infringer actions. We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same.

1. Scope & Overview

CalendarFast hosts user-generated content (UGC). We do not pre-screen all uploads, but we act on valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and analogous laws in other regions.

2. Ownership & User License

  • Users retain ownership of their uploads.
  • By uploading, users represent and warrant they have the necessary rights (including model/property releases where applicable).
  • Users grant CalendarFast a limited license to host, display, and distribute the content as needed to operate the service (see Terms of Service).

3. Designated Agent for Notices

  • Name/Title: DMCA Agent
  • Email: ll.develepor@gmail.com
  • Preferred subject line: “DMCA Notice – FastCalendar”
  • If you have documents to attach, send them as standard formats (PDF/JPG/PNG).

We accept notices by email. If you require a postal address for service, contact us at the email above and we will provide appropriate instructions.

4. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

To request removal of allegedly infringing content, your notice must include ALL of the following:

  • Your name, organization (if any), postal address, telephone, and email.
  • Identify the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list).
  • Identify the material you claim is infringing with sufficient detail to locate it (full URL(s) on FastCalendar).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature (typed full name is acceptable for email).

Incomplete notices may be rejected. We may share your notice with the uploader and relevant third parties.

5. What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice

  • We remove or disable access to the reported material in a timely manner.
  • We notify the uploader with a copy or summary of the notice.
  • We may request additional information from either party if clarification is needed.

6. Counter-Notification (Restoration Request)

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or a misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:

  • Your name, address, telephone, and email.
  • Identification of the removed content and where it appeared before removal (full URL(s)).
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or New York County, NY, if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.
  • Your physical or electronic signature (typed full name is acceptable for email).

Send your counter-notice to: ll.develepor@gmail.com with subject “DMCA Counter-Notice – FastCalendar”.

7. Restoration Process

  • Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we forward it to the original complainant.
  • If we do not receive notice that the complainant has filed a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material at our discretion.

8. Repeat-Infringer Policy

CalendarFast may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, suspend or terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also remove related or flagged content and block attempts to re-upload the same files.

9. Misrepresentation & Abuse

Submitting false or bad-faith notices or counter-notices may result in liability for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees). We reserve the right to refuse abusive or clearly unsubstantiated complaints.

10. Non-U.S. Regions

If you are outside the U.S., submit a notice containing equivalent information required by your jurisdiction. We process such notices in a manner consistent with applicable law and platform policies.

11. No Legal Advice

This policy is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. Consider consulting an attorney for guidance regarding your rights and obligations.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting with a new Effective Date.
